Morgan joined Raymond James as a Financial Advisor in 2009 after establishing Wealth Management Partners in 2005.

As a founding partner of WMP, Morgan’s responsibilities include portfolio construction, relationship management, and community outreach. Morgan currently holds the following licenses and registrations:

Morgan finds a lot of satisfaction in closely working with clients to visualize and choreograph their financial futures. He believes that a holistic approach to financial planning and money management gives people the confidence to live their lives by their own design.

Morgan graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Psychology and was a letterman on the golf team. He and his wife Nara are actively involved in raising their two children, Jazz and Kyra. In his spare time Morgan is busy coaching baseball as well as playing golf and tennis with his children. Other hobbies include fly fishing, watercolor painting, and playing with his dog Buster.

Morgan is involved in the community supporting numerous charities and is a long standing member of the Executive Association of Tucson (E.A.T) in which he served as the organizations President in 2014.

Tom’s career as a financial advisor began in 1994. Prior to establishing Wealth Management Partners in 2005 and joining Raymond James in 2009 he was an assistant vice president at both Merrill Lynch and UBS Financial Services.

As a founding partner of WMP, Tom’s responsibilities include comprehensive financial planning, portfolio construction and he also serves as the branch manager.

Tom moved to Tucson in 1994 and could not be more proud to call Tucson home. He is actively involved in youth sports, coaching in the CVLL League. He is an active board member for Canyon View Little League. He also volunteers with the Arizona Council of Economic Education helping teachers administer “The Stock Market Game.” He helps guide students in the classroom with the game as well. Tom is a past member of the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council. He previously served as a board member of the ALS of Southern Arizona and a former “Little” and “Big” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization.

Tom and his wife Vicky are the proud parents of two young and extremely active little boys. Their nights and weekends are spent knee-deep in baseball, basketball, and swimming. In the off-season the family loves to travel to cooler climates and take in a few D-Backs game along the way. Tom and Vicky are actively involved with Angel Charity for Children. And although you wouldn’t know it by looking at him Tom enjoys working out, Pilates and biking.

Guillermo “Billy” Monge attended the University of Arizona where he majored in accounting and marketing. Billy has worked in the financial services industry since 1999. A former investment officer and international banker for BBVA, Wells Fargo Private Client Group, and Merrill Lynch. Billy helps create financial value for individual, commercial and international clients and their myriad investment requirements in the United States and across Latin America. Billy is WMP’s Spanish-speaking financial advisor. He earned his Series 7, 65, and 63.

Among various community and philanthropic activities, Billy has served on the Tucson Urban League and the United Way of Santa Cruz County. Billy is married to the former Arlette Moreno and they are the proud parents of two children in grade school. Billy is an active sports enthusiast with a passion for golf and a love of cooking for his family and friends.

After a 30-plus-year Human Resources career in the Natural Resources/Mining Industry, Ace retired as Director of Human Resources for Kennecott Minerals Company and joined his son Morgan at Merrill Lynch. Ace moved to Raymond James in 2009.

Ace attended both the University of Montana and the University of Arizona in pursuit of his Business Administration/Human Resources profession. Ace and his wife Karen will celebrate their 48th wedding anniversary in November. Ace and Karen fell in love with Arizona when they first moved to Tucson with their four young children in 1972. Grandchildren, golf, travel, and trout fishing in Montana are in Ace and Karen’s plans, when time permits.

Greg has dedicated his 28-year career to managing client assets and corporate retirement plans. He is an avid student of economics, finance and the investment markets and feels that education never stops.
