Billy is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He earned his degree in accounting and marketing. He is a highly experienced portfolio manager and financial advisor, having worked in the financial services field since 1999. Earlier in his career, Billy served as an investment officer and international banker at Merrill Lynch, BBVA, and Wells Fargo Private Client Group.
